Die Kunstwoche wird eine Biennale …….

Zwanzig Jahre, von 1989 bis 2009, wurde die Kunstwoche von Cecina jedes Jahr im August veranstaltet.
In diesem Sommer machen wir eine Pause. Eine Gelegenheit, um Bilanz zu machen, alles auf den Prüfstand zu setzen, ein Moment der Besinnung. Die Kunstwoche wird in Zukunft jedes zweite Jahr statt finden. Es ist eine wohl überlegte Entscheidung. Die „Woche“ verlangt eine intensive organisatorische Vorbereitung, Pflege der internationalen Kontakte, Absicherung der Finanzierung und Garantie der Logistik.

Verschiedene neue Aktivitäten sind in Vorbereitung, Alle Veranstaltungen werden wie bisher eine internationale Werbung mit Kunst und Kultur für den Gardasee sein.

XX ART WEEK OF CECINA AT TOSCOLANO MADERNO – GARDA LAKE

Association Cecina Promotion, City of Amsterdam and Region Lombardy, Tourism invite to the

XX Art Week at Toscolano Maderno from 2nd to 0th of August 2009.

25 international art exhibits at the Palazzo “Il Cremonese” lake side Maderno every night from 21 to 24 hrs; entrance free

8 international evening programmes at the Campa Ippico, lake side Maderno, every night, beginning 21 hrs, entrance free.

An international art festival in which are participating Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Hungary, European Commission at Milan, the United States of America, Brazil and Mexico

Good evening Mr. Mayor and other authorities, ladies and gentlemen,

I want to thank the President of Cecina Promotion for her vitality and energy and thank you all to attend this cultural event.
I am Tao Jin, consul of the consulate general of the P.R. of China in Milan.

Tonight I feel very happy because we are all together at the beautiful Lake of Garda riverside attending the Chinese culture evening with the theme “ one world – one dream”, which is the slogan of the Beijing Olympic Games.

Today is also the eve of the Beijing Olympic Games opening ceremony (only 10 days later). So we are all here to have a chance to share the efforts we made for the Olympic fields in different fields.

Tonight in the presented video show we let you know more about Chinese history and culture, Chinese hospitality and development in order to promote the relationship between China and Italy.

I believe that the world’s people including Italian people, hope and support the Beijing Olympics whishing it to be an successful event.

We all live in one world, like a big family, Beijing Olympic Games is the best chance to strengthen peace in the world, to communicate with each other. To exchange ideas in order to know each other better.
